Mr. Subrat Das, a production engineer, born in the year 1966 in the district of Puri, Odisha. Starting his career as a lecturer in Mechanical Engineering for 10 years, this visionary forward-thinking and social commitment motivated him to leave lucrative employment and he is architect behind in establishing one of the now leading polytechnic and ITI Institution the remote and backward area of Cuttack district in the year 2005. He has got more than 30 years experience in the field of Marketing and has worked at top management positions. At present Mr. Panda is a Director at Utkal Health Care Pvt. Ltd. and is looking after health care market including management of the tertiary health care center.
