Dr. Sanat Kumar Sahoo has a brilliant academic and professional career and has been working in the field of Cardiology for more than 27 years with various multi-specialty hospitals.
His core areas of interest are Invasive & Non-invasive cardiology procedures, Primary Angioplasty, Complex Angioplasty, Rota Ablation for Coronary Diseases, Renal & Peripheral Vascular Interventions, Balloon Valvuloplasty, Device Implementation (Pacemaker, ICD & CRT).
His academic credentials are MD (General Medicine) from VSS Hospital (Burla), DM (Cardiology) from SCB Medical College (Cuttack), FESC, and FSCAI.
He has worked with many Multi Speciality hospitals like SCB Medical & Hospital (Cuttack) as a Lecturer in the Department of Cardiology, Aditya Care Hospital & CARE Hospital (Bhubaneswar) for more than 12 years as a Consultant in Interventional Cardiology. Apart from this, he has been associated as visiting consultant in private cardiac setups.
